Join Emma to learn how to make a classic French seasonal fruit tartin, then get hands-on to prepare the basic brisee short pastry, learn tips and tricks to roll and line pastry pans, add fillings and bake them to perfection. Recipes include caramelised shallot and goat’s cheese quiche, decadent chocolate- hazelnut tart, and pastry-topped Piedmont apple pie. Enjoy samples with a glass of Mount Avoca wine and a goody box to take home.
