    Learn how to select, prepare and taste the difference

    Join Paul to learn about grass fed Gippsland beef. To start there with there will be cured meats, house pickles, and olives with wood fired oven bread, followed by beef carpaccio with roast artichokes and pickled mushrooms. You will then learn how to select, prepare and taste the difference between eye fillet, porterhouse and scotch cuts, served with: cos lettuce, candied walnut and pear salad with blue cheese dressing; roast potatoes; and broccolini tossed in preserved lemon burnt butter. To finish, Paul will serve up an espresso crème brulee for dessert.
