Join Christine’s hands-on class to prepare Italian-style pumpkin ravioli with burnt butter, sage and pine nuts; spicy coated, baked cauliflower florets with ranch dipping sauce; Mexican chilli and corn fritters with avocado herb salsa; Indian masala dosa – coconut milk and rice flour crepes filled with curry-spiced potatoes and chickpeas; and a sweet treat to finish.
