Using the best seasonal produce and classic flavours, his exciting menu features:  salt and vinegar dusted loukamades (fried bite-size doughnuts) served with taramosalata and ouzo cured salmon roe (pearls); scallops with garlicky almond skordalia and grapes; seared golden duck breast bizentine with liquorice gel plums and classic golden raisin, black current, almond, mint, olive oil dressing; and to finish, one of the most popular Greek desserts, creamy risogalo (rice pudding) with delicious figs, fig leaf syrup and pistachios.
