You will learn how to make shrimp remoulade with fried tomatoes; hickory -smoked grass fed brisket with jalapeno cornbread; a traditional seafood boil with crab, prawns, andouille sausage, corn and potato seasoned with aromatic Louisiana spices; and to finish, an absolutely delicious, banana fosters caramel pie.
