Join Christine’s hands-on class to prepare Shakshuka – eggs are cooked in a spiced tomato sauce, Semit – baked sesame seed dipped bread wheels, Ta’ameya – fava or chickpea fried falafel balls with pickles; and Basbousa – a sweet spiced semolina cake soaked in fragrant syrup served with a refreshing tea beverage.
