In this class Niki will show you how to make: eliopitta, Cypriot style olive bread; fasolakia, a slow cooked green bean and vegetable casserole; gemista, a variety of whole vegetables such as capsicums, eggplants, zucchini and tomatoes, filled with delicious savory rice and pan cooked to perfection; baklava, layers of filo pastry brushed with olive oil and chopped almonds sweetened with rosewater syrup; and halva, a sweet confection made with semolina, syrup, cinnamon and almonds.
