With its generous use of vegetables, herbs, grains, pulses and nuts, Lebanese cuisine offers a range of delicious vegan options that will leave you wanting more. Bernadette’s delicious menu features:  chickpea and fava bean falafel served with tarator, a delicious creamy tahini sauce;  Bernadette’s Tofu Hara, golden tofu topped with creamy tahini sauce and spicy walnut and herb mix; chickpea salad with cherry tomatoes, mint, and pomegranate seeds bursting with flavor; and for dessert Bernadette’s coconut ismailieh, a Lebanese style panna cotta topped with golden crispy shredded pastry and coconut, served with coconut attar, a delicious coconut syrup.
