In this class, Bernadette will share some of family her favourites including: mjadra, a beautifully balanced lentil and rice dish with caramelised onions; fattoush, a fresh and delicious salad with a sumac dressing and topped with crispy Lebanese bread; grilled eggplant lightly seasoned and finished with fresh mint and a pomegranate dressing; and arnabeet ma tahini, golden baked cauliflower coated in a creamy tahini dressing.
