Van’s menu includes a salt & pepper silken tofu; a crunchy lotus stem salad with a vegan fish-like dressing served with black sesame rice crackers; “banh xeo” the classic savoury pancake with turmeric eaten with your fingers wrapped in different herbs and mustard greens; finally, a purple sticky rice served with braised young jackfruit in ginger and baby king mushroom.

Van Le-Hugh was born in Central Vietnam into a family of six, so meal times were all about sharing the enjoyment. Having travelled widely overseas her passion is to share her knowledge and teach healthy, fast and easy home style Vietnamese cooking. More
