Dai’s menu features: lime-cured hapuka with coconut, pomegranate and chilli served with sesame crackers; Chinese influenced steamed bao with roast pork belly, pickled cucumber and hoi sin sauce; Saigon-style traditional beef pho with a made from scratch rich, aromatic broth, thinly sliced beef, bean sprouts and holy basil; and to finish, deliciously light, coconut, pineapple and rum pina colada dessert.
