A hotpot is a favourite way around Asia to share a feast with family and friends, where you cook as you eat using a wide range of ingredients. In this class you learn to make one spicy and one chicken broth as the base, and prepare a myriad of raw meats and vegetables that can be used in the hotpot. Raw ingredients include: prawns, squid, fish, chicken, pork, tofu, hokkin noodles, rice noodles, carrots, kohl rabi, morning glory, bok choy, mushroom, okra and more. You’ll also learn how to make a coconut jelly served as dessert.
