This recipe comes to us courtesy of Tea Drop. The mix makes enough for about 40 cups of hot chocolate.
- 1 cup loose-leaf Supreme Earl Grey, finely ground
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, finely ground
- 2 ½ cups cocoa powder
- 3 ½ cups sugar
To make the mix, whisk all ingredients in a large bowl until well-combined. Transfer into an air-tight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
To make a hot chocolate, whisk 2 tbsp of the mix into 1 cup of hot milk of your choice.
