Simply Spanish – Simply the Best

The Simply Spanish team have taken out the coveted World’s Best Paella Outside Spain award for the second time in three years this week, at the world Paella championships, the Concurso Internacional de Paella, in the Spanish city of Valencia.

On Tuesday 18 September they cooked up a storm against over 40 other top chefs from around the world, all vying for this prestigious prize. But it was Leno Lattarulo and son Jake who made the best traditional Paella Valenciana with rabbit and snails, using a Spanish recipe that has been around for hundreds of years.

The dish will be available at Simply Spanish when Leno and Jake get back from their trip to Spain, so keep an eye out for more details.
