Their lunch offers include sashimi, oysters Kilpatrick and cups of fish chowder. For dinner the offer gets even more leisurely with pre-cut, boneless portions of fish cryovaced for freshness that come with cooking instructions – for example – oven ready, pan ready, BBQ ready or grill ready. And for health conscience Market-goers salmon, rockling, tuna, and snapper is sold in portion controlled packets.
Owner Michael Samiotis has fish and markets in his blood. His father Harry Samiotis (known fondly as Babby) is a fishmonger and Michael has been working in the industry for a number of years.
