WIN a ‘Paddock-to-Plate’ Private Master Class

We are giving you the chance to WIN a paddock-to-plate foodies experience for you and 11 friends with Alejandro Saravia, head chef at Pastuso.  The prize includes a tour of the Market, a Master Class with Alejandro and a goody bag for each attendee. The Master Class will be held on Saturday 10 November 2018.

This Master Class provides a paddock to plate experience using local ingredients grown with passion and love. The class is about connecting people to farmers, to their dreams and how they work with the seasons and the land.

Alejandro will use local, non-perfect ingredients and cook them in the simplest, most rustic ways to really let the ingredients shine. Expect fresh, seasonal, country grown, raw, fermented, cured, all from the Gippsland Region wherever possible.

This Master Class aims to start a discussion on seasonal cooking, understand where ingredients come from and the story behind the people that grow them, and how to potentially reduce wastage in your kitchen.
