Port Phillip Mussel and Jazz Festival
The Port Phillip Mussel and Jazz Festival is a two-day celebration of our favourite mollusc with a seafood street party held over the Labour Day long weekend in March at South Melbourne Market.
More than six tonnes of mussels are consumed with attendance of over 30,000 people per day!
From our Cecil Street restaurants and street food vendors to some of Melbourne's best Dixieland and New Orleans jazz, the festival is set to again be a must-do on the Melbourne event calendar in 2023.
The Port Phillip Mussel and Jazz Festival offers the potential to build a powerful brand association. The strong media presence associated with the event, in conjunction with the overall brand image, will help maximise the exposure for your brand.
