Earl Grey Hot Chocolate Mix

The mix makes enough for about 40 cups of hot chocolate.

Ingredients

• 1 cup loose-leaf Supreme Earl Grey, finely ground
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips, finely ground
• 2½ cups cocoa powder
• 3½ cups sugar

Method

To make the mix, whisk all ingredients in a large bowl until well-combined. Transfer into an air-tight container and keep in a cool, dry place.

To make a hot chocolate, whisk 2 tbsp of the mix into 1 cup of hot milk of your choice.
