Easy Chargrilled Octopus

Ingredients
King Island Octopus legs
Dressing
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Garlic
Oregano
Salt and Pepper
Method
Tenderise Octopus then parcel foil and cook on a barbecue for 10-15 minutes. Whisk dressing ingredients together. When charred to colour, cut the octopus into 5cm cubes and dress.
Best consumed with a glass of white wine.
