This recipe comes to us from Neff Australia’s Senior Home Economist, Lyn Harwood.
- 300 g fresh whole grain breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp port or sherry
- 1 egg
- 2 shallots finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients into a bowl or food processor and mix until well combined.
