The Market's resident chocolatiers, Atypic, win gold for their Caramelised White Chocolate!
Congratulations to Atypic Chocolate, who have won three medals at the 2021 International Academy of Chocolate Awards!
Launched in 2005, the prestigious Academy of Chocolate Awards sought to identify, recognise and showcase the world’s most talented chocolate producers while also promoting a greater awareness of the difference between fine chocolate and the mass-produced chocolate confectionery which most of the population consumes.
With entries from chocolate makers spanning 45 countries, Atypic Chocolate were awarded:
- Gold Medal - Caramelised White Chocolate
- Silver Medal - 55% Vanuatu Milk Chocolate
- Bronze Medal - 70% Solomon Islands Vegan Dark Chocolate
