The French Quarter (Corner Coventry & Cecil Streets) have added a toastie caravan inside their fresh fruit and vegetable stall to make exclusively French themed toasties from $15 to $18.
From the classic Croque Monsieur (with bechamel, chives, comte, gryere and ham), the Saucicson (french salami, raclette, dijon), the Audrey (kimchi, sesame, provolone, onions), to the Alpine (mushrooms, raclette, fresh herbs), Riviera (proscuito, provolonem pesto, rocket) and finally a Classique with four cheeses.
There are also an extensive range of condiments and specialty grocery items inside The French Quarter.
Uncle Charlie's Tastes of Country (Aisle D) are a 100% Aboriginal owned business, selling Australian Native bush food flavoured popcorn.
Their current range includes three different flavour combinations in three sizes.
They are the only Indigenous Owned (Supply Nation Certified) supplier of 100% Australian Native flavoured popped corn into the Australian Popcorn Snack Food segment.
They also make and sell treats for fur babies which are on sale at the stall.
Bali Bags Australia (Aisle D) have returned to the Market with their pop-up stall offering unique, colourful handbags, woven by hand and sourced directly from the makers in Indonesia.
Woven from 100% recycled plastic sourced from oceans and waterways, their bags are a great example of sustainable practices – 30 x water bottles produce 1 x bag, reducing plastic waste and landfill.
These are a great summer beach/ day bag option.
