Head down to the Market on Friday 19 April for a free cooking demonstration.

The Blend is a simple cooking technique that makes meals juicier and enhances the meaty taste by simply blending mushrooms and mince. The blend makes meals more nutritious, delicious and sustainable as well as saving you money and reducing your meat intake.

Come down to Cecil Street at the Market to watch MasterChef winner and nationally recognised celebrity chef Callum Hann cook one of his favourite Blend-inspired dishes from 12pm-1pm.
