Delata is a small business founded by Andrea, a Colombian designer living in Australia, who is committed to innovation by repurposing discarded materials into new and beautiful creations.

Specialising in crafting accessories and clothing exclusively from aluminium can ring-pull tabs, all materials undergo a thorough recycling process to ensure they are clean and ready for reuse. These recycled materials are then skillfully transformed into stunning pieces by a foundation of mothers who have experienced domestic violence in Andrea’s home country, Colombia.

While Andrea is the primary designer, the mothers create unique, handcrafted products, blending creativity with sustainability. Each piece is lovingly crocheted by hand by these incredible women, who pour their heart and soul into every creation. By offering these beautiful products, Delata aims to make a positive impact on people’s lives and our planet.
